Five steps, each with a defined outcome.
No open-ended engagements or vague deliverables. You always know which stage the project is in, what has been agreed and what comes next.

Discovery
We define the problem, the constraints and what success looks like. You receive a written scope, a delivery estimate and a transparent quote before any development starts.
Deliverables
- Requirements summary
- Scope document
- Fixed or hourly quote

Design
User flows, interface design and technical architecture are agreed upfront, so decisions are made on paper rather than halfway through the build.

- 3
Development
Implementation in short, reviewable increments with regular progress updates. Code is written to be read, documented and handed over.

Testing & Deployment
Functional and cross-device testing, performance and security checks, then a controlled release to production with monitoring in place.

- 5
Support
After launch the work continues: updates, monitoring, fixes and further improvements under an agreed support arrangement.
