How I work
Most software problems are not really technology problems — they are scope, communication and maintenance problems. So every engagement starts with a written scope and an honest read on what is worth building, what is not, and what it will realistically cost.
From there the work runs through a documented five-step process: discovery, design, development, testing and deployment, and support. You get progress updates, reviewable increments and a single point of contact throughout — no account managers, no handoffs between teams.
The result is software you own outright: documented, deployable and maintainable, with support available for as long as you need it.
